| 1 pineapple and 3-4 ripe peaches |
| 1 onion, a large piece of ginger, 1 large red pepper. |
| 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 4-5 tsp of Madras curry powder. |
| Saute diced onion and red pepper |
| Add finely chopped ginger |
| Add cubed peaches |
| The pineapple corer and slicer is pushed down and rotated |
| Once you reach the bottom, lift up and viola! |
| Add cubed pineapple to the pan |
| Add sugar, Madras curry powder and apple cider vinegar. |
| Mix well |
| Cover and cook for 10 min |
| Then let simmer on low flame for 40-45 min |
| A slice of baguette, Iberico cheese, chutney and cilantro |
